Product Description
These welding neck flanges are fully produced in line with GOST 12821-80 standard, with a rated pressure of PN6, and are available in SS304 and SS316 stainless steel materials. The flanges adopt a precision forging process to ensure a dense internal structure, stable mechanical properties and high dimensional accuracy. The classic welding neck (WN) structure effectively reduces stress concentration at the joint, enhances pipeline stability, and provides better pressure resistance and sealing performance than ordinary plate or slip‑on flanges.
SS304 delivers good general corrosion resistance for daily medium and low‑pressure applications, while SS316 adds molybdenum to improve resistance to chloride corrosion, making it ideal for marine, chemical and humid environments. With strict CNC machining and surface treatment, these flanges feature smooth welding ends, uniform hole positions and strong interchangeability.
They are mainly used for fixed connection and transition between pipelines, valves and pressure equipment in industries such as petroleum, chemical, water supply, construction, heating and light industrial piping systems.
